  Thanh is amazing!! She has great attention to detail and really listens to what the client wants. She is fantastic at cut and colour.

  Thanh is the best colourist I’ve ever had. I don’t trust anyone else touching my colour anymore. I’ve tried numerous stylists over the years and I’ve always been disappointed. Well, not anymore!!! She’s a fun conversationalist as well. Makes time go by so fast!

  I had recently just moved to Toronto and I had to find a new hairdresser. I don't trust anyone with my hair. I previously thought I found someone I could trust but they ended up butchering my hair. At the time, I'd just go back to my home town and book an appointment with my usual hair stylist to avoid chaos again until I found Roots & Tips. Thanh really takes care of you. She's really passionate about her work. She's realistic about what you want. She talks you through what she's doing so you too know what's going on. 1st Appointment: I had a red violet hair done at the time. I just wanted to get my roots touched up. She did a great job, it didn't look like I got my roots touched up, it was flawless. 2nd Appointment: I wanted to go to a pastel pink. She told me right away that it'd take a few sessions which makes sense because I had dark hair to begin with and we didn't want to damage my hair. I will continue to go to her! :)
