  Lila is a lovely and engaging person, and this location is quite beautiful. However, beginner yogis beware as minimal cues and alignment instruction are given for vinyasa sequences. Always remember to listen to your body, even if the instructor is cuing something different.

  Lila provides an amazing boutique-type rooftop yoga space complete with tea, complimentary mat if you are traveling like us and need one, as well as props, and her lovely inspiring yoga experience to guide you through a blissful evening experience. The candle-light and city view make the experience most memorable. We did Yin on Monday night and would like to also try a flow Wednesday night class sometime soon. Highly recommended. Make sure you reserve your space in advance.
