  Il y a du choix dans ce Rona mais on y trouve rarement ce qu'on veut. Les prix sont assez chers. Mais le service est tres professionnel

  Service and quality is great. Just find it sometimes expensive.

  This is the worst customer service in the area, which is not famous for its customer service. Incompetent, rude staff. They have no idea how to get you the stuff that is on display and if asked disappear into the storeroom forever. Possibly the worst possible cashier in the world, arguing with each customer. She seemed to think it is the customer's responsibility to provide her with a bar code that she can scan. The PA system kept asking for someone to help a customer in the outside yard, for over 20 minutes. I suppose they left without buying anything, as we did. A taste of the Soviet Union in the heart of Montreal.
