  Did a good job on repairing the car but awful customer service. Called ahead saying I'd be coming in to pick up the car and when I got there (when they said they would be there) it was closed. Not only that, but they left the car unlocked...good thing I checked to see if it was unlocked because it is sketchy area, so this simply unacceptable. The next day they did not apologize and did not seem to care. Too bad that they were so unprofessional.

  A great little family owned garage. Trust worthy mechanics that won't BS you. They take the time to explain things and have patience with you, even if you don't know anything about cars.

  Worst experience of my life. My car was fine when I sent it in, just needed a minor repair. They lied and said that I needed my radiator replaced and charged me over $800 for this repair. When I got my vehicle back, they had disconnected the censors, as well as the upper radiator hose, and told me it was safe to drive. Of course, my engine overheated and cracked the head gasket and ruined many other parts of my vehicle. My vehicle was no good anymore and I had to scrap it. I wasn't able to afford a new vehicle and I couldn't work my job without a vehicle, as it was a job that specifically requires a vehicle, so I lost my job. I'm a student and due to losing my job this summer, thanks to these incompetent sorry excuses for mechanics, I am unable to return to school in the fall and finish my degree. Now I'm without a car and will probably not be able to finish my degree for a while thanks to this place. This was the worst experience of my life and I hope no one else ever has to go through something like this.
