  Nothing but top notch things to say about this place, had great customer service on my last upgrade, friendly, courteous, and quick. Been to the store a few times before hand and they answered any and all my questions I asked. 👍👍

  Terrible service overall. Tried calling their location four times and no one answers. I had him on the line once, and after awhile he just hung up without saying anything. Not surprise how bad they are compared to their Seven Oaks Mall location.

  ***BUYERS BEWARE*** A year and half ago I was sold insurance with a new contract for an iphone 5 from this private dealer for 200$ after taxes. It was explained to me that the deductible for this insurance would be 40$ which would then be refunded. When I recently made a claim with the insurance company I was then told that the deductible is 180$ which is non-refundable. None of this information was included in any documentation provided. I returned to the rogers dealer and explained to them that I was given incorrect information regarding the insurance I had paid for. They told me they did nothing wrong and since more than a year had passed they were unable/unwilling to refund me the initial 200$ payment for the insurance. I left knowing that I was scammed out of 200$. I would never recommend these people or give them any of my business again.
