  Family owned barbershop with a great staff. With complicated hair in Canada a good barber is hard to fine especially with black hair. These guys talked me through the cut and for a great price ! The conversations held are always excellent and their knowledge of hair is impressive.

  I live next door but they only take cash. So I walked 10mins away, got a great cut somewhere else and paid an extra $10

  Worst fade I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve been to good and bad barbers in my life, but they all had some sort of experience with haircuts. Robson Barbershop felt like they were cutting hair for the first time. Hair ended up being uneven, fade was terrible, and literally no care or effort was given. They literally took max 7 min to cut my hair, definitely not worth the price. If you need a haircut bad, save your dollars and wait for your own barber to be available. I will never ever go back.

  After reading the reviews, I thought this barber shop was a good place for a trim. I could not have been more wrong. The cut was of terrible quality. Honestly, a DIY haircut might have turned out about the same. The barber had no idea what she was doing, and tried to lecture me about the “correct” way to cut when I pointed out her mistakes. For each bunch of hair she grabs, she cuts it all at once with scissors, leaving a crooked and messy cut line. Absolutely no attention to detail. I’ve never ever seen a professional cut like that. When I saw her do that, I immediately knew I made a mistake. In hindsight, I should have stopped her before too much damage was done, donned a hat to hide the mess, and sprinted to a nearby barber shop and ask them to fix it. Learn from my lesson and take your business somewhere where they‘re well-trained or you’ll pay with an awful cut. Already counting the days until I can get it fixed — perhaps at Regal Barbers or Victory Barber and Brand.

  Older barber spends 30 minutes cutting one gentlemans hair, finally gets to my turn cuts it in 5 minutes and calls it perfect. Not sure if he was having a bad day or didn't want me there? It was an overly halfed effort and looks that way also. I've always tipped more than great, so I'm not sure what the problem was. I highly suggest choosing one of the younger barbers as their cuts have always been significantly better. I wish I could rate this place higher, but today's cut was rough. I'm willing to go back for a better experience next time around.
