  In the past two years, my husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Rivard Motors. A 2013 Crosstrek Subaru and a 2011 2500 Chev pickup. We have nothing but good things to say about Rivard Motors. Service was excellent, Chris and Dan were more than courteous in helping us with all our needs. Well worth the drive from North Bay. Thanks Chris, our pleasure.

  After shopping at a few used car lots, I decided to purchase my Truck from Chris at Rivard. The service was great and he did everything he could to help me out. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. It is nice to see that they are honest and they treat you like family.

  Well let me start by saying that this experience has inspired me to purchase brand new next vehicle I buy. Though the vehicle seemed nice and the salesman, polite, etc... they sold me a vehicle knowing and lying about issues it had. First of all, there was a dangerous recall for the alternator that should have been dealt with before being sold to me (still covered so why it wasn't dealt with?). Salesman lied about brake work being done and lied about a know battery draw issue (also covered by the warranty). For the first week of owning the vehicle everything went semi-smooth. I have owned the vehicle for almost three months now and it has spent about 2 1/4 of those months out of service waiting for repairs, etc... Thanks a lot Rivard motors! I would skip these guys when looking to purchase a used vehicle.

  Probably THEE MOST crooked dealership you could ever deal with ! Many of freinds and family have been burned there aswell as myself. They are horrible service and scams . Myself and my wife had a suv from them . We traded in 3 used running vehicles for trade in and "scott" over payed and tried to get me to help him sell them lol.. after it was said and done paper work was good we were even driving the dam thing for a week (3days pass plate change) we went to the police to cover our butts and they called the financer (trend...anouther scammers!) And told them we never gave them a cent toward the downpayment(which was our 3 vehicles) ...scott tried to pull a "good guy " and send us to THE CAR LOT but they even ripped us off more... there slogen ..drive the hard way ? Drive the rivard way " HA!
