  Literally everyone in here was so nice! I’ve never had a better hair salon experience! The girls at the front desk were kind, smiling and attentive. Lily did my cut and was absolutely amazing. Very very good experience Price is 100% worth it for the atmosphere, service and product LOVE this place

  Spent 3 hours getting a cut and balyage treatment. The colour was barely noticeable. They originally said I could come in for a complimentary redo which was very nice however now they won't honour it. I've been trying to book an apt for months however the person who was supposed to do my colour is fully booked every single time I call. Considering I've tried my best to rebook the salon should honour their promise of a complimentary colour. This is totally unacceptable and terrible customer service.

  After lots of research, I decided Ritual was the way to go for my first brow tint experience, and what a positive experience it was! Jaclynn is a superstar who knows what she's doing, has a passion for her craft, and takes the time to talk you through the process. I love my new brows! Thank you for an amazing experience :)

  I love it here at Ritual the atmosphere and the staff are amazing. I have had my nails done by Christina and Liz who are both equally amazing. I frequently get shellac manicures there that truthfully last the two weeks if not longer and it never leaves my nails damaged. I also get my eyelashes extensions done there by Angela she ROCKS and she does my eyebrows as well. I live all the way in Pickering and refuse to go anywhere else but here to get all of my services done. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to all of my friends and family.

  I have been going to Ritual Spa for over a decade. There are many services that you can get anywhere but there are some that you just can’t risk or replace and I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Ritual for many of them. They are fast, efficient, kind and diligent. Recently I went to Vivian, Rose and Jacklynne and was very impressed. They are experts in their fields and very energetic and pleasant. The owner Maria has great attention to detail. Many thanks.
