Very friendly front desk staff. Answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. Accommodated early check in free of charge. I enjoyed the free breakfast as muffins and cereal are my 2 favourite breakfast items. I needed a quiet space with fresh air and it was perfect. Wifi was great. Room was clean and comfortable. I found the pillows were the perfect size (not too thick). I got the rest I needed. Great stay!

The brown guy at the front of the desk didn’t greet me, but instead told me what time are you leaving. We told him 12 because we had an extension, and he made a fuss about it that we had to check out at 11. Now we went back to check out and the guy made a fuss about there being 3 people whereas we had an agreement last night. This brown guy wanted to charge 10 plus tax for that. After he calmed down, he didn’t charge us. Why id even give this place two stars is for the gentlemen that was night, don’t remember his name but he was a great man with great service!

I had to call the hotel to ask about when it opened for a school project. I was greeted with "Hello, hold on a second." and five minutes later was asked again to hold on a second. At this point I was not even put on hold, as I could hear the employee speaking from far away. I finally was given a chance to ask when the hotel was built or opened and he said "why do you need to know?" i said I am a hospitality student and need to know for a project and he said sorry I won't tell you.

This is a very nice motel. It is is a very nice location which isn't too far from the centre of Ottawa, or other attractions nearby like the arena. The rooms were clean and had everything you need.

The beds are firm with minor patches to the comforters, with 2 thick fluffy pillows per bed. Frequent noise from the airport was noticeable, but did not interfere with sleep. The windows are well insulated against the cold, and the main heater is effective. The toilet and shower have a separated room, sink is visible from the beds, and the sink lights will be visible to those sleeping. Overall not spotless, but well cleaned. A good place to spend the night.
