  A nice, up to date dealership. The service centre is never overbooked and they have a nice waiting lounge. Reasonable prices, good staff. Recommended.

  I have now purchased five vehicles from Richmond Hill Toyota through David Hindley and always come away as a happy customer with a great, reliable car. David has always been willing to spend the time with me to ensure my questions are answered and that I make an educated buying decision that takes into consideration my family life stage as well as the car features I need. Purchasing a car is never an easy process, but the team at Richmond Hill at least makes it better than most dealerships.

  My wife's RAV4 had some wire damage under the hood compliments of a neighbourhood rodent. We took the vehicle in and one of the repair consults said that it could be fixed and it would cost about $200 and it would take about 90 minutes. We picked up the car and looked under the hood the wires had been soldered together and then wrapped with electrical tape. The original wires had a wire loom around them and the repair didn't. This was extremely disappointing for us as the repairs that were done most likely took 5 minutes to do and under $2 in materials to repair. For the money that we payed we wanted the repair to look as close to coming out of the factory as possible. The usage of $10 in wire loom would have completed the job so much better than just wrapping it up in electrical tape! We discussed the issue with the repair consultant, I had mentioned I was experienced in wiring... He then told me that if I was experienced in wiring why didn't I repair it myself? Excuse me? I imagine the look on my face made him change his tone because after that he was more than happy to do things the way it should have been done the first time. The 2 stars is due to the lippy customer service as there was no need for it. I invite the service manager to discuss this issue with me if details are needed.

  Great dealership, very professional, quick and efficient service. No pushy sales tactics that I am used to with others. Paul Stancer was not only patient with our requests but was also an expert in the vehicle I was interested in. I not only left the dealership with a beautiful new Toyota, but Paul also outlined all the details and workings of the vehicle including the maintenance schedule. I highly recommend this dealership. Also their lounge area is the best I have ever seen. World class. I live in North York, and I don't mind making the drive all the way here.

  Great Customer Service! This was my first experience to buy a car in Canada and I was apprehensive at first but by the end of the whole process I felt satisfied it was a really good experience that I remember and recommend all this dealership was top notch! There was a guy name Tony one of the managers that let me in after closing hours Saturday evening and he didn't push me at all, I have been studying marketing I was so surprised I have never seen a sales person at this level of marketing! I am talking about Lina! Lina was best of the best it is not complement but truly Lina went above and beyond to make me sure for a suitable purchase I was most comfortable with. She gave me suggestions and her advice, Lina was very friendly, helpful and honest she helped me get exactly what I was looking for in a new automobile I trust her at all and I am happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Lina to anyone looking to purchase a car.
