  Over the years I have worked with a number of coaches so I guess you may be able to say I may be able to distinguish between ok, good and great . Eric from Rhapsody falls in the great category. As a business owner and consultant my daily routine has me focus on things that are important so while I am also important it gets buried in daily life at times . Eric has helped me to understand why people do what they do and how to look at things objectively not taking it personally. I recommend Eric to family , friends as well my clients. Thanks Eric for being a real coach not simply someone who calls themselves a coach . In football legendary coach of Dallas Cowboys said “ every year in camp players show up with same skills however there is a difference some are pretenders while others are contenders where you wil games with contenders.” As by now you may have guessed Eric is a contender in my eyes .

  Very impressed with this firm. Not the normal "Business Coaching" company. Ideal for small and medium sized businesses that need help holistically or with a particular area , or are already doing well and are ready to take it to the next level. Highly recommend.
