  I would give zero stars if it were an option but alas i can give at the very least one. Of all of the treacherous experiences I have had with fast food establishments, Boustan was by far the most offensive. Had their food been good enough to treat us the way they did, my rage may not have burned as vehemently as it did. After being a loyal customer for three and a half years, getting most of my daily calories from these greasy, mediocre shawarmas, letting my physical and mental essences suffer at the hands of these butchers, they have forsaken me. While they were more than happy to deliver to the big cats on Jeanne-Mance, the moment I gave my address in a more humble part of the city, they hung up on me. Anybody who cares about quality or equality will avoid this evil restaurant.

  I normally love my boustans. I usually go to Boustans in West Island so I'm not new to the restaurant. I went here Tuesday night and it was the absolute WORST service I've ever had. The table with all the food was dirty and disgusting, the guy serving was rude and was more interested in his own conversation than his customers. I understand this is a spot for party people and regulars. But in no way whatsoever would I ever eat there. I was absolutely disgusted with this place. And when I finally mentioned something, all the guy could do was try to yell at me and speak over me, finally he just shut up and listened to what I had to say. I'm not saying don't go but be mindful of the cleanliness even if you're not totally coherent. Nobody deserves to get sick or treated so rudely.

  I love boustan ! (Who doesn't) . Just the very bad customer service. My mother misread my text and ordered the wrong item. They refused to do the correct order because "he already did it". Yes, I understand but you can't argue with a customer for an honest mistake. I don't know if it's laziness or just being cheap. Last time I checked, we are paying for this. My mom ordered something for herself & they didn't want her to get it at the end. So basically, she buys everything or nothing. Now they lost money, a regular client & wasted food. Smart.

  Really good experience! Had the schwarma combo and it was enough for me! Everything looks fresh and tasty! The price is okay (~11$) I recommend that restaurant and will come back for sure!
