  5 Stars for a 5 Star French Restaurant with a 5 Star price point. If you need a fancy dinner with a gorgeous tastings menu, then Bonaparte is a shoe-in as one of the best places to dine at in Montreal. No strict dress code but don't wear shorts and sandals, even if you can bear it in this winter city. The variety in the tastings menu makes your dining experience unique with a up to 3 different choices on various courses. The wine selection is grand as expected and the restaurant is pristine. Highly recommended if you can foot the bill.

  Great experience, fast, knowledgeable service. Very busy so you can tell the quality of food is good and in demand. Atmosphere was excellent, table spacing perfect for intimate dates or large groups. I will return to this restaurant next time I visit Montreal.

  We had the tasting menu and everything was absolutely amazing. Well worth every penny. The service, quality and flavors were so on point that I think it's the best restaurant I've ever been to. I definitely recommend it and will definitely go back.

  Excellent French cuisine. I don't know much about French food but felt comfortable trusting the bartenders recommendations. Savory flavors with compatible wine choices. Tasting menu was perfectly portioned leading to an ambitious culinary adventure.
