  Quick check-in. Reasonable prices. Great for groups. Two bedroom suites with a fridge and microwave in each suite.

  I stayed on Residence during the Nationals dodgeball tournament. The rooms were not kept very well and the beds were barely made. It was what you would expect when staying in a college dorm room.

  My third stay here while in Barrie. Beds are uncomfortable but it's a cheap stay.

  It was a nice quiet little 2 room hotel spot. Great value for money. Just a bit out of the way for us and our activity. But totally worth it. Will definitely stay again.

  Located a short distance from downtown, rooms were comfortable and clean. In what would have been a fantastic location in it's prime, this hotel feels slightly dated, but offers everything you would look for at it's price. The menu is worth a read.
