  These guys are great. They've worked on both my iPhone and MacBook Air - I was blown away how friendly and responsive they are -- unlike so many other tech shops where you get attitude and horrible service. And their turnaround time was super quick. So great to see such awesome service in a horribly under-served category.

  Great shop. Unlocked my old beater from a power outage last summer , saved my invoicing records , then installed windows 10 for 1/2 the initial quote. You gotta try these fellows !

  Very happy with the repair to my laptop. I was charged exactly what was quoted when I dropped it off. No hidden fees or gouging and the laptop is working perfectly again. I highly recommend this shop.

  I was charged $111 for a problem that returned back 2 days after I got my laptop from the shop. We agreed that they will inspect the laptop and let me know what is wrong with it. 2 days later, he phoned me and told me it needs a factory reset to eradicate the malware and this will cost $180. I told him i will talk to my wife and call him back. Me and my wife decided not to waste $180 on fixing it as we can do it cheaper somewhere else and i did not call him back because i did not tell him to do what he did. I was ready to get it back not fixed and pay the diagnostic $40. They decided to run a USELESS cleaning process of the laptop which i will never ask for becuz i know it is USELESS and then they charge me $111. Just a waste of time and money.
