  I have been going to the Kent location in years and I have yet to be disappointed. The RMT are all good and the ambiance works for me. I also like that I can register online for massages.

  I made a reservation for a couple's massage a week in advance. They call me a little more than 3 HOURS before the appointment (they had already been open for 2 hours) to cancel it on the very day. It was supposed to be a special day. They did not even try to accommodate the both of us. Very unreliable. Don't book an appointment with them expecting it to stand. They are flakey.

  Amazing experience. Everyone is extremely kind, inviting and my massage therapist (Sue) was the best! I am definitely going back and letting my friends know :-) Thank you!

  I had a great time at the spa yesterday - the receptionist was very nice and offered me a glass of water as I waited. I got a registered massage, my RMT is Sue, she is very zen and takes very good care of me. This is the second time I see her and both experiences were great! She was on time, something i greatly appreciate. She is great and I highly recommend her and the spa. I really appreciate the location of this spa, it's perfect for a quick escape during a stressful work day! The only down side, is being downtown as you can imagine there are city sounds now and then from the traffic or old pluming, that said the location is so close it makes up for that! Thanks to everyone at Renu Spa Urban Retreat - I look forward to my next visit! .
