  I was so surprisingly pleased to have rec'd such friendly and helpful service, not from just one but from three employees!!! Certainly not used to that in today's day. Other retailers can learn from RD's practice.

  Great place for the do it yourselfers, to find everything needed for whatever project they are doing. Reno-depot also can provide full services like appliances installation, and bigger things like, roof repairs, as we did. They were able to finance it at zero interest and receive a complete warranty for years of drip free living.

  I found the place to be large with a great deal of choices. However, the most impressive about the place was the service. I needed several items, and once in a while I was trying to evaluate what is best for my needs or where to find a certain product. It never took too long for my wife to find someone to help me, or someone to show us the way. The few casheres kept the waiting time to a minimum, and the staff was pleasant.
