::I have NEVER been treated so rudely by any commercial establishment, convenience store or otherwise. Up until today I went there about 3-4 times a week, never had a problem, and always treated the family that owns it with respect. Today I tried paying for a drink with my debit card and the machine couldn't seem to read my chip. I very politely asked the old lady behind the counter if she could send it through again, and she proceeded to snatch the drink off the counter and say "No, you can go... Get out." Before turning back to the show on her laptop and waving me away. When I said I would just pay with cash, she made absolutely no attempt to apologize or display any level of decency or contrition. Just glared at me and slapped my change down on the counter. Beyond abysmal customer service. I'm never setting foot in this store again.
