  John was very courteous respectful and prompt. He was able to identify the problem readily and quickly fix the issue. Well done John !! Our concern is that we had to wait 2 Days to acquire services. My spouse had to take a day off of work in order to be available for the work to be completed. Suggest.. possible to have emergency service available and to expand schedules to allow for off shift work ... just a thought... All in all we were pleased with the work done and the Technician... To all have a good week

  Rob was awesome! He spoke in the language of our choice and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. He is very knowledgeable and easygoing! Thank you so much for the wonderful service Rob! We will make sure to ask for you should we require further services from Reliance.

  Grant 04/04/18 Excellent customer service from Grant W. Very informative, explained the issues with my hot water on demand and even helped me out with my furnace! He went above and beyond what I was expecting. If requesting a specific worker was available i would 10/10 ask for Grant again. Left with all my issues fixed 😊 Randy 04/11/18 Randy was very professional, informative and straight forward. Explained that I needed a new part and what to expect. Thank you for fixing my tank! ( also for the magnet😊)

  Update Feb 3 2018- Once again an outstanding experience. Discovered a rotted line below the kitchen sink while trying to sort out a dripping faucet. Called reliance and they worked a day that fit both out schedules. Dan came out this morning and was able to fix the kitchen lines (both of them) within 2 hours of arriving. As usual he was friendly and knowledgeable helping us figure a plan for the next step (old school 13 plus litre a flush toilets) again Dan and Reliance thanks for the fast virtuous and professional service. I really can’t praise that plumbing protection plan enough around 20 bucks a month and no more worries. Outstanding service. Dan made it out here despite a busy weekend. He was friendly and he had the leak fixed and us up and running in no time as did both James and Ryan for setting me up on the maintenance plan and repairing my leaks on their initial visit. So far I have been very impressed with the service we have received. Thanks Update March 28 2018, Union gas is coming out to change my meter I had heard all kinds of horror stories about them not turning gas on so I booked my yearly inspection. James came out and serviced everything. Along the way we found that the bearings in the fan for my fireplace were shot. James ordered upmarket new fan and once it arrived, installed it he was curious professional and personable as always. Outstanding James thanks. I just can't say enough positive things about reliance e service plans.

  Today David from Reliance Home Comfort came to work on our furnace. The exceptional customer service started when he made the phone call to let me know that he was going to be on his way (very professional, verified that a work order was placed and was extremely courteous). Once arrived he was extremely friendly and informative. Within a short amount of time he was able to diagnose the issue and source the part needed for the repair. The repair was made in a timely fashion with thorough explanation throughout the process. David was able to answer many other questions I had regarding the furnace and future upgrades. He was extremely professional and he was very skilled at what he does. If you are looking for top notch, courteous, skilled service I would defiantly recommend David at Reliance Home Comfort.
