  Reliance came out almost immediately when our furnace blew. They explained all our options and we had a new furnace fitted the next day! They didn’t leave a mess and most of the time I didn’t even know they were there!

  Technician Julian Was very efficient when repairing the furnace. He explained his findings and made the repairs. Julian was informative, polite and efficient. Good service. Much appreciated.

  John, the service technician was very professional and worked hard to resolve the issue with our water heater. He even worked late to get the job done. I was very impressed and appreciative. Thanks to Reliance and the great staff we were up and running again within one day of calling in, even when a new tank was required. I am extremely grateful.

  Cameron, the technician was great, explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent and honest about our furnace issues. Phil came over to explain our options, we opted to repair for now and enrolled in the comfort protection plan. We have heat! Everyone involved from the agents answering the phones to the staff in Thunder Bay were quick and straightforward. Relieved

  My water heater needed a part replaced. They had technicians with flexible hours to accommodate my work hours. The technician that arrived was named Julian, and he was a delight to have in my home. Courteous and polite, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and verified I was happy with my current product and explained upgrades were available to me at my request.
