  This gentleman was exceptional, who served me, not only did he have a part that would have worked for me, he went the extra step to tell me on Bank Street they had exactly what I was looking for and these gentlemen were all stars as well. Thanks Guys hope I have the pleasure of doing business with you again sometime when I am in a fix...or need one.

  I saw the other comments that "aren't so good" and I am puzzled. I have been twice and each time was good. Super helpful and got parts that day or the day after!

  They found me the part I needed for my super old freezer (which has been discontinued for over 15 years) and it was in stock for a very reasonable price. Installed the part and it works great. No need to throw something in the landfill when you can fix it with parts from a place like this. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and fast. I will recommend this place to others.

  Ordered a gasket for my washer at 330pm on Thursday. They were honest and said we will do our best to get it here as soon as they could as they were out of stock. It arrived next morning at 930am. Great service!
