  Contrairement aux critiques déjà publiées, j'ai été bien reçu et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une personne très compétente, qui connaissait la loi sur le bout des doigts et qui m'a informé en conséquence relativement à ma demande auprès de la Régie. Je suis allé très tôt le lundi matin pour être le premier à passer, ce que je conseille vivement.

  This is not an impartial institution. If you open a file, you will wait, sometimes, even for a year, if a landlord opens a file, in one month it will be a hearing. If you are requesting an advice, you can receive contradictory advices from different workers. Useless for tenants, very useful for landlords. They should name it Régie du propriétaires !

  Worst service ever, i chose english and they had me speaking to a french person. She was unpleasant screaming and not helpful. She was unavle to answer any of my questions and seemed in a hurry to have me off the phone. I did not feel like she wanted to help me at all. Worst tenant service line ever created.

  Best decision is moving. Do not stay and wait for Regie du logement. They call me for court after 18 Months. My landlords Knows it takes too long. So she had annoyed me until I moved because my home was like sea and finally ceiling Collapsed. My new landlords call her and she told them Do not rent your home to him. Finally I gave a letter to her to cancel my complaint at Regie du logement to lease another home. After moving judge told me you moved so your landlord do not pay anything to you. They just protect who pays more taxes that is my landlord.

  une bande d incompétent, incapable de donner la meme reponse deux fois de suite., avec un temps d attente impossible... et vous pouvez vous attendre a recevoir le pire service a la clientele qui soit. RIDICULE
