  Had a few simple inquiries regarding a permit. After a long wait over the phone was answered by an individual that helping me was not his priority judging by his tone and level of patience.

  I just have one request and that is to improve your telephone customer services. We call and wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour just for some questions to be answered and sometimes like today even more than an hour. With all the summer traffic in Montreal, it is time consuming for us to pass by each and every day to have our questions answered or to make an application. Thats why we give a call thinking that it will save us some time but it is even more time consuming. Your attention towards this matter is highly appreciated. Thank You.
