  Sanjna was very tender and welcoming... there’s a remote controller on the chairs it is extra fun for the whole experience. We were we bit late for appointment and they were very kind about this. We are very happy with her experience and will definitely come back. I bought a Groupon for my daughters birthday and she was sooo happy 🎊🇨🇦😊👏👏

  If I could give more than five stars I would!!! LOVE!! Amanda was super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She did a partial high/low light, a cut and blowdry, and it looks/feels/smells amazing! So happy with the services!

  Unfortunately I wanted to like this place, but I didn't. I purchased a Groupon for this salon, which should have been an indication. While the staff was friendly more or less, the services were awful. My pedicure resembled one I could do at home. They didn't remove any of the callouses on my feet, which is the reason I go to get pedicures in the first place and my nail polish was poorly done and even parts of my actual toes were painted. My manicure was ok, but the one star review is due to the fact that she cut a chunk of my finger off with the cuticle remover and didn't apologize. I continued to bleed throughout the entire manicure and had to return the next day in order for them to paint just that finger nail. My hands were also done by separate employees, therefore my right hand looks different than my left hand, but the nail that bled (left hand) was done by the employee that did my right hand, so I have one finger on my left hand that looks different. Overall I will not be back to this spa and was upset that they actually made me pay for this shellac application.

  I had 12 laser hair removal sessions at this spa. It never got rid of any of my hair. The appointment would take 15 minutes for something that should take an hour because they are cheap on the number of pulses they give you and don't cover all the areas properly. For example, if you decide to do your lower legs, they stop way under the knees and if you need a pulse on your foot, they refuse to give it to you.Laser hair removal is supposed to be painful but I did not feel anything at this place because they put the power so low. I went to another place to get it done. After 4 treatments, almost all of my hair is gone. It did hurt a lot, but Id rather pay for something that works quickly but is painful than to pay for something that didn't even better my condition just a bit.
