Spacious, comfortable and free snacks. Best way to travel within Alberta.

Took red arrow to Edmonton for work. I caught the 2:00 bus planning on working on the trip. But, there was no power to run my laptop or even charge my phone. The ride was ok, but not being able to work those 3 hours meant I was working until late that night. Apparently they have had this problem a while. Being able to work was why I Chose the bus instead of driving.

Using Red Arrow to commute in the winter time Is a very decent choice. I suggest them to take care more about the heating system in some of the buses. Another thing would be the price for some seats that do not have same comfort as the rest majority of the seats. For instance the first and last rows have narrower space between the two adjacent seats. In my opinion, Redarrow should mark these seats on the bus seats map and lower the ticket price for them. Also, some of the audio jacks plugs do not work and you have no choice to listen the radio or to watch the movies included in your ticket. Redarrow should repair whatever is broken or temporary (at least) advise you about what is not working and drop the price for those specific seats. Other than that, everything is awesome. Very nice and polite drivers.

Punctual, comfortable, and affordable. I've used the Red Arrow many times from Edmonton to Calgary and have yet to have a bad trip. The prices end up being cheaper than driving most vehicles solo (once you factor in hidden vehicle costs like maintenance and depreciation + gas), so it's definitely worth it. Would recommend!

Wonderful experience every time. If I purchase last minute I take the red arrow as their is more room, very friendly staff, and a nice cozy ride. If I book in advance I use the E-Bus as I am normally in between Edmonton and Calgary often. The e bus if booked in advance is an amazing price for the trip. Very clean locations and transportation as always. I am a very satisfied customer, the other positive thing is the location of the Red Arrow over the new Grey Hound location which is so unreliable.
