    Ryan of RD fitness is dope!!! When I first started training with Ryan I told him I lived a very busy lifestyle. He accommodate early morning and lunch training sessions that are 30 mins. If you think 30 mins isn’t enough time to work out - just try training with Ryan and he’ll prove that theory otherwise. When I first started with Ryan, I always thought the gym was cardio and abs and eat 800 calories a day. Now, I get excited to lift heavy, work on specific muscles, and sometimes get my mind right in the gym. Since training I’ve gotten stronger and more efficient in the gym. I also get to eat closer to 1800 calories a day and when my body is burning it craves that food. It also cured my chronic headaches from finally balancing my carbs fats and proteins. Working out keeps my mind right with my schedule. Ryan listens to you. If your having a day where your not feeling it, he’ll change the workout for you. I’ve texted him before saying gotta get my mind right and he sets me up a high intensity keep the heart rate up workout. Or if I got a wedding to work the next day and since I do over 20 000 steps on a wedding we stay away from legs and focus on back or chest. I would one thousand percent recommend Ryan and Rd Fitness to achieve your fitness goals. No matter what you fitness level, he’s got you. And ALWAYS be straight with him. Just because you didn’t make it to the gym or you ate pizza on the weekend, always show respect and just admit that truth. He won’t be mad he’ll just remind you why did you get personal training, what are your goals and get you back on track when you have those cheat days or some weaker moments.

    ryan seems to have the best intentions! hes def the gym bro type of guy but sometimes he is a little intimidating and sound a bit overconfident which became ironic when he told me he can tryout a session for free while saying you need to able to committ after that and not tryout others which kinda screams i am not confident....but he would be amazing for class environments!

    I started with Ryan of RD Fitness during a rehabilitation period post surgery. He worked profusely on my form and I started to feel stronger and more confident in my range of motions. I would recommend Ryan and Rd Fitness to anyone who is looking to better themselves and their over all health. Ryan is an excellent motivator and has a wealth of knowledge that has helped diversify my training. Thanks again Ryan.

    Ryan is really great at understanding your fitness goals and listens to what you want to work on to make sure each session caters to your needs. He will push you, but also will make sure you have good form and will not overwork your muscles. I really appreciate his professionalism as well his attention to each muscle group. I'm really happy I'm a RD Fitness client and I look forward to each work out.
