  Ginalyn Fidelino is the best teller at this branch! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in processing my deposits. She is very good at her job and I look forward to dealing with her every week!

  First time dealing with this bank location, my first appointment with a rep. Passed off my appointment to a clerk at the front. Made me feel my appointment was not necessary. Second appointment, was told wrong information. I will never deal with this location branch again. Worst service I have ever received!!

  Worst bank location of them all. Honestly the older east indian lady is the worst. She will keep you there as long as she can, sell you things you don't want, completely rude service. For people who's jobs are becoming obsolete by computers you'd think they would try to be more efficient. I DON'T HAVE ALL AFTERNOON TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. Go to the one on Ellice Ave. Far better and professional service.
