  Not happy with lack of service. Made 3 in-person visits to the branch to get a problem solved - after being given inaccurate information about the multi-product rebate. Last visit was on Friday. I was told something would be done for me. Today, I had to phone telephone banking to get them to resolve this issue. I am really annoyed that it took so long to get this resolved. My preference has always been to use telephone and on-line banking. Wish I didn't need to go in to the branch for anything. Fri Dec 8th 2017 - UPDATE I am not sure how I would go about adding another review on here for this bank. Let's just say that my previous rating stands. I dropped off paperwork for a Direct Investing account. I don't know how they messed things up. But, somehow they managed to lose the page that I signed. The folks at Direct Investing mentioned they received the forms but not the signature page. Seriously? This branch is pathetic at getting anything done. I am so annoyed. And, I love RBC. I've been banking with them since I was a teenager....for over 35 years! Avoid this location. Go to another branch and let them know you've gone out of your way to avoid this branch!

  These banks should not exist in decent neighbourhoods, zero need, zero stars on this platform, Waste of space for real establishments. They should be ashamed. TD is planning to open up shop down the street in a cultured venue. for shame.

  absolutely horrible bank, Do Not waste your time and money, go to TD.
