  Being new with RBC, so far, I've enjoyed banking with every branch; however, Google Maps should consider taking this specific location on Simcoe Street, Oshawa off the map, because they've moved! I just drove out of my way, to arrive at this destination to find this out. Just made my rainy day, even worse!

  Terrible! Took 9 business days to post a draft to my credit line account. Bank never gave a reason why it took so long other than to say it was their fault. I had to call in for 3 days in a row asking when it would be posted and each day was told "By end of day" which of course it wasn't. Also, every time I go into the branch there is only ever 2 tellers even when it is end of the month on a Thurs!!!! Thinking about switching all my products.

  Went to change some Mutual funds around, Kel Pozer, the financial planner, was quite rude, and so up in himself that I almost got up and walked out. Basically he had an; "if you don't invest like I do, you're wrong" attitude. I asked him what my dollar-cost-average was for a certain fund, as I couldn't remember the term "book value", and he had no clue what I meant. Finally he asked if it was the "book value" and I said "yeah, I think that's the same thing" and he laughed at me and said it wasn't... literally! I didn't bother arguing, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Hopefully I never have to deal with him again.

  Love the bank. But wish that hours were a bit longer some people work till 8pm... and Sundays should be open till 4pm due to holidays landing on Mondays

  Been banking with this branch for over 17 years and have absolutely no problems. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service I've seen in a bank.
