    Commercial banking is awful at this branch. They have room for 10+ tellers but usually have less than 3. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Awful for a downtown branch.

    This was the epitome of terrible customer service. I have banked with RBC my whole life and have never had this terrible of an experience. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the bank teller until she reached out for my card without saying a word. My request was then continually met with “no, we can’t help you”. I went to the main RBC branch at Bankers Hall immediately after and was met with a friendly greeting, the manager and bank teller assisted me with no hesitation and the request that was so easily shut down at Bow Valley was resolved and completed at Bankers Hall with no issues. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at Bow Valley and can honestly say I will no longer visit this branch as I have yet to experience warm customer service there.

I work as Concierge at Bow valley Square and was impressed with the customer service you provided to a guest visiting our property.     Been calling multiple numbers and leaving voice messages for days without a single person getting back to me. I recently moved to Ontario and I'm trying to solve a problem remotely from an account I have in Calgary. Zero response rate. Zero satisfaction. Short of getting on a plane and walking into the branch so I cannot be avoided, this group does not seem keen on helping.
