  I came here to celebrate my birthday in Toronto. Font Desk Agent was rude not only to me but to my friends I came with. I'm from the US so I wasn't aware that my American Visa would decline but I had all the funds for the reservation. When my friend tried using her card it declined as well because of her American Visa as well. Her whole demeanor showed that she was annoyed at us and would huff and puff when we asked her questions. When we checked in our room, it was cold and the heater did not warm up the room so we needed more blankets. When we asked her she still had her snarky rude tone and said they ran out, yet we were able to get blankets later that night. Front desk is the hotels first impression she made them look bad. If you're having a bad day and you're working in hospitality it is your job tuck in your personal issues and be professional. We were all really upset and did not feel welcomed at all at this hotel.

  It's a decent stay. Staff was moderately friendly and the rooms were slightly dated but not too bad. The sleep and bedding was comfortable, the bathrooms seemed to be recently renovated and worked well. Room was stocked properly and front desk was helpful with any questions I had. I would stay again.

  Mittelmäßiges Hotel in guter Lage. Zwei Straßen von der Yonge Street ist das Ramada Downtown Plaza beheimatet. Das ausreichend große Zimmer bietet zwei Queensize Betten. Dadurch dass die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können ist im Zimmer sowie im Flur immer ein muffiger Geruch. Das Zimmer wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt und CheckIn und -Out liefen professionell ab. Sonderwünsche wurde erfüllt.

  Eigentlich OK, aber das Hotel hat mir einen sehr hohen und unverständlichen Block auf meine Karte gehauen. Zimmer sind alt.
