  Nice for a one night stay for our 3 year wedding anniversary. Front desk staff very funny, helpful and kind. Location is great being right down town! The room was a bit small for over $200 a night.. Bubbling on the walls, the faucet and knobs on the jacuzzi tub leaked HORRIBLY we had to wrap towels around to make sure it didn't seep down to the carpet when filling the tub. Outlets on the desk lamp didn't work, so had to move the coffee maker to the other room. VERY limited TV selection... We're talking no movie channels, unless you want to rent a movie for $9.99 - $25.99... No thanks, mostly news channels offered, no movie channels or any decent channels offered for free. However, the house red is a must.. Just took a while to get to our room.

  I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, they failed at customer service in many ways but in addition when I had confirmed a late check out (5pm - paying extra for this) several times to write an exam, I still found the hotel Manager come find me in the conference room to tell me I needed to vacate my room immediately (by 1pm) because another guest needed it. She understood that I had made arrangements to stay late but this apparently did not matter. I had to go to my room and pack my bags and go back down to finish my exam. Poor customer service overall, forgetting to call me to answer a question, etc in addition to being booted from my room prematurely. Additionally, the washrooms on the conference level were a disgrace, they smelled like an outhouse! They looked relatively clean, but smelled horrible. This hotel needs renovations in the worst way.

  Nicely located downtown close to attractions. Situated at walking distance from the Core shopping centre. Room are decently sized and clean. Parking is available for 25 $ a day during week days and 15$ during weekend. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Nice place for short stay. Service and support staff are good. The lobby, corridors and the room are heated well. The room service was quick to respond. The breakfast buffet in the morning had lots of vegetarian options. They do have a coin operated washing machine and a drier if you want to get your clothes cleaned.

  Overall experience was good. Just few recommendations. Staffs at the front desk duty is to focus on assisting guests not asking love to female employees during check In process. I mention this because the hotel has its own history. Ramada is supposed to be one of the prestigious hotels across Canada. And this hotel is located in downtown. It means the hotel represents the image of Ramada compared to the other Ramada in different branches. I guess some of rooms does not equip with small refrigerators. This can be improved in any time once the hotel would get enough margin. Good luck for the business!
