  Outdated rooms and a fair bit of noise from the C-Train through the older windows. Heater was making a lot of noise and it took multiple calls to have it looked at. After finally looking at it around 10:30pm (nearly 20 hours and 4 times after being notified) maintenance shut off the heat. By next afternoon the heat was not repaired and I had to request to move rooms as mine was getting quite cold.

  Nicely located downtown close to attractions. Situated at walking distance from the Core shopping centre. Room are decently sized and clean. Parking is available for 25 $ a day during week days and 15$ during weekend. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Nice place for short stay. Service and support staff are good. The lobby, corridors and the room are heated well. The room service was quick to respond. The breakfast buffet in the morning had lots of vegetarian options. They do have a coin operated washing machine and a drier if you want to get your clothes cleaned.

  Booked the room on Groupon for $75. Wasn't expecting much, but was still expecting the room to not sound like construction was going on at all hours. The heaters are extremely loud and I was woken up multiple times throughout the night to loud banging noises. When mentioned at the front desk they seemed to already be aware of the loud heaters and advised us that maintenance has a few tricks they can do to make them less noisy... Not helpful for a 1 night stay. We could even hear the heaters from other rooms making the same banging noises. The room came with basic ammenities (bathroom supplies) and seemed pretty clean. The underground valet parking is $15.75 pet night which isn't bad. Location is great, a quick cab to multiple clubs. If you're looking for a good night's sleep however, I would pick somewhere else.

  Overall experience was good. Just few recommendations. Staffs at the front desk duty is to focus on assisting guests not asking love to female employees during check In process. I mention this because the hotel has its own history. Ramada is supposed to be one of the prestigious hotels across Canada. And this hotel is located in downtown. It means the hotel represents the image of Ramada compared to the other Ramada in different branches. I guess some of rooms does not equip with small refrigerators. This can be improved in any time once the hotel would get enough margin. Good luck for the business!
