  The hotel itself is fine. Location is good. My concern is Customer Care Quality. I'm a repeat customer, and when I call for a room, and I'm given a rate, I don't expect the rate to increase each day that I stay there. I stayed 2 nights, the rate increase by approximately $15 the second night (to which I expressed my displeasure with management) and I called to extend my stay to a third night and was informed it would be going up again by another $10 plus. People don't like to feel gouged. Especially if you're a repeat customer supporting a specific business. I understand that rates fluctuate day-to-day, but that shouldn't include current customers. New check-ins, yes - but not current ones. The explanation that the manager gave, "it's like gas prices, up and down". What an analogy! Gas prices are manipulated to deception and treachery. Anyway, long story short, repeat customer - lost. Does Ramada care? No.

  As compare to online pictures and the rates, their rooms are not clean, dust everywhere, bath tubs not clean and clogged. No help to bring the stuff in rooms. Not even drinking water in the room. I will not recommend anyone to go their.

  Great hotel with friendly front desk staff! The pool is well maintained and pretty spacious with complementary water and towels for use. Family friendly and has a restaurant closeby.

  The hotel itself is comfortable, well situated and has 24 hour coffee available. But, as with most hospitality industries, the staff here is the real asset. They were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Christina in particular was friendly, engaging, and genuinely concerned that my stay was comfortable!! She seemed to know all the guests by first name (including their pet's names). Thank you Christina! I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again, and again, and again.

  This property still remembers what it means to be in the "hospitality industry something long lost elsewhere. It was very nice and much needed to be treated like a guest rather then a suspect for a change. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating within reason, available and unintrusive not to mention happy and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic and exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. The pool facility, room and lobby were comfortable, clean and really very well decorated...Have to say, I was blown away!
