  I stay here often. It is not super upscale, but very comfortable. It is a fantastic location, in downtown Ottawa. Staff are friendly. There are a variety of rooms from the simple, to jr. suits to full up suites that are like small one bedroom apartments. Prices vary with the room but also the season, and so it can range from a steal to overpriced. Staff are friendly, there is a restaurant with a solid breakfast menu, and a pub-like dinner menu (Try the meatloaf)

  The lobby is definitely modern however the rest of the hotel is dated. Very slow elevators, old carpet and even the rooms aren't as nice. The area itself isn't very nixe either.

  Stayed here a couple times. Good location. Underground parking is free and heated. Service is top notch!

  The hotel lobby is modern but I can't say the same for the room or the hallway. The restaurant is pretty good I'll say 3 star. The staff is a little cold but they'll help you find your way in the city.

  Hôtel très bien situé, près de toutes les commodités. Belle vue sur le parlement et plusieurs gros buildings à l’architecture impressionnante. Personnel courtois, lits confortables, mais les murs sont en cartons! Très mal insonorisé. Stationnement intérieur coûtant 25$ tx par nuit. Beau gym, pas de piscine et déjeuner non-inclus. Restaurant sur place, assez dispendieux.
