  Awesome staff here.always super friendly and willing to help out within reason. Ive pawned my Ps4&VR here quite a few times when I needed the cash.rates are decent. I was beyond my pick up date by 2 days and called to see if I was too late(technically they now owned my stuff,by contract) and the store owner generously helped me out by letting me pick a date that would work for me to come in and pay it off.....he could have easily and legally kept my ps4 and VR and tripled what I pawned it for. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! You guys are awesome!!!! Never been to a pawn shop with such friendly and understanding staff. Again,thanks!!yall are awesome!

  Prices were ridiculous, lady locked us in the store, selling fake Louis Vuitton for as much as you can buy a real one off of Louis Vuitton website, 4 year old Xbox game is still $40. I could go on. I will never be back!

  Great shop and workers. Lim sold me a laptop and explained the whole process of their lay away process and made me feel comfortable enough to actually go ahead and put a payment down when i wasn't even planning on buying anything. Will be returning to pay off my laptop and pick up more great things!

  First time ever using this type of service and only due to a month end shortfall. What a bunch of scam artists. Went to their 16th Avenue location. Cheap, miserable owner (?), if you can call him that, managing the place. Showed up on time to claim my item and asked if I could see my camera first before paying to make sure everything was as I had given it to them. They refused to even bring my camera out before they had my cash in their greedy hands and had walked off with it. $60 charge for a one month $200 pawn loan on a high end camera that is currently selling online for over $700 used. Not sure where these positive reviews come from but I would steer clear of their 16 Avenue location. Will never be going back and certainly won't recommend them to anyone for a pawn loan or purchase. Ugly looking store as well with crappy prices that are two or three times what they are getting the items for on pawn. Can't imagine anyone buying anything there given the complete lack of concern they have for those who are paying customers (which I was...past tense). Considering you can get a $300 Loan for $30 at many of the local loan sharks what they charge for the amount they give amounts to highway robbery.
