The hotel has a great location. The WiFi is decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is small but usually there's no one, so it's not too bad. The rooms could use some renovation but if you're not too picky, they are ok. One thing I didn't like is the noise. The wall insulation must be very poor, because you can hear TV noises, people slamming doors noises, street noises, etc. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

It is clean and nice, but nothing luxury at all. It ia good for one night stay.

Older building but nice a clean hotel. Easy access to malls after 10am. Great downtown location.

Nice place which is center of downtown but that's all. Poor facilities and very very cold room.. We couldn't sleep without wearing coats.

Balcony door in room is locked so you can't go outside, but still lets in the frigid cold breeze, as well as every sound from the busy street below. Most annoyingly, the maintenance guy used the power broom at all hours of the day, so the loud sound keeps you awake at night, then wakes you up in the morning. Add to that the itchiness of the beds, whether it was bed bugs or just too much starch or something, I don't know. I found little bumps on my skin, and looked over the sheets, but didn't see anything. Overall, for one reason or another, I got very little sleep at this hotel. Towels and linen were clean, but the carpets were worn and the whole place felt like it needed a deep clean or even refurb. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was abysmal. Staff provided a parking pass upon request, but it was not offered at check-in, so my first morning I had to set an alarm to go and plug the meter. Another reason why I got really bad sleep over my four nights. I would not recommend this place, even though it is downtown, I'd try the nova or adventure if I ever come back.
