  Friendly staff and housekeeping was good. However poor sleep as walls are thin, loud rambunctious partiers in and out next door could hear them so clearly through the big gap in the door and through the thin(uninsulated?) walls. Took until 3:45 am for management to deal effectively with them. Was staying there as I was working from out of town and needed a a relatively quiet place to rest. Not recommended if peace and quiet is important to you.

  Had a great stay here. This was the first time I had stayed at this location and was quite pleased with the staff and all they had to offer for the very reasonable cost. Excellent central downtown location for both tourists and returning locals such as myself...

  My family and I stayed here just before Christmas for shopping etc. I booked two rooms, one double and a king room. The staff were very friendly, the building was very clean and they are upgrading rooms on the upper floors. We heard nothing during our stay. The king room was very nice and modern. My family member was VERY pleased with his accommodations. Our double bedroom was very cozy, very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was a tiny bit dated but honestly, it was so clean,quiet and immaculate I have no complaints our accomodations. The fitness room and pool in the basement could use and overhaul though and it's location is just right off the parking lot. Security and privacy in the pool area could be more than it is. This hotel is in a very central location, walking distance to everything was awesome. The price was incredible for what we got, it was $120.00 for the night plus taxes of course.

  This is a good basic hotel if you're just looking for somewhere central to crash for a couple of nights. They were going through renovations during my stay so it was a bit loud during the day but they didn't start too early or end too late. Staff is very friendly and they have secured parking. The pool and fitness center will leave you wanting if you plan on spending time there. Overall it's decent value for money

  Had a room with a kitchenette, at a really great rate. Kitchen was missing a few essential utensils, such as a can opener and a knife with cutting board. Could not get the temperature to go down in the room, but setting up the fan that is supplied, and leaving it on in front of an open window helped at night. Parking is extremely tight, had trouble finding space for my truck. Perfect walking distance to so many touristy things. All within an hour walking, some as little as ten minutes. Many great restaurants around, as well as really fun pub attached to the hotel, as in a walk around the corner. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.
