  Clean, modern rooms, the hotel is smaller, but still has a complimentary breakfast unlike most hotels in the area. Breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast. WiFi is extremely good and free. The location is nice and close to the airport. The only downside is the airport shuttle. You have to book it 24 hours in advance. Otherwise I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely be back if I'm in Vancouver again sometime.

  Nice location, close to Vancouver Airport. Very small, but had a nice breakfast lounge in the lobby. Would recommend for an inexpensive stay for short term. Close to large newly renovated Richmond Center and SkyTrain to downtown Vancouver.

  Good location to shopping malls, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Clean & tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs are friendly. Free shuttle bus to airport is a bonus.

  My room was small but comfortable. I was in a king room on the third floor. The shower could use some work but other all the bathroom was fine. I did need to get my key cards reset several times which was rather annoying but I would stay again. There was also free breakfast included, and my room had a nice sized tv with cable.

  Upon arrival the front desk clerk was friendly and prompt. The room was tidy and spacious and the bed very comfortable. My wife did not like the fact that the coffee maker and supplies were stored on the bathroom vanity. She felt this was a very unhygienic place for food items. My wife has a gluten allergy and there were no gluten free baked goods available at the complimentary breakfast. Please add some gluten free bread items to your menu.
