  The location is perfect for some hot yoga over the lunch hour or after work. The teachers are excellent and passionate about finding something that works for everyone. The room is spacious and the layout accommodates a variety of spot preferences. Highly recommended!

  This is my go to studio during the hustle and bustle of the week. Great schedule with awesome teachers makes this location ideal for those who only have 1 hour for lunch (public servants). There is yoga mat rentals and an option for towel service. This location has one hot room and change rooms with shower facilities.

  I have been going here for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. The people are so nice and friendly. The instructors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of classes for every level as well as workshops.
