  I highly reccomend this specific local, why?!...the staff. In particular, ( if I may) Margaret. She's a delight, being bright, positive, patient, efficient, effective, knowledgeable, a good problem sovler, & has gone out of her way for me(more then once)when, I really needed it. I don't consider renting storage, a pleasant task. But each time I speak with her, it's a delight and I go away feeling better about the whole thing again. I really appreciate her pleasant manner, that's what keeps me coming back.

  I needed quick turnaround on renting a storage unit in Vancouver, and this location was perfect! I was helped through the entire process by Joe, and it went super smooth! Joe was very knowledgeable about everything (size of units, all the costs associated with renting a unit, security features within the building, etc.). Joe even had information on the surrounding area and the best places to look for paid overnight parking. Joe was very professional, and very organized when it came time to go through all of the paperwork. He knew the contract backwards and forwards, and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation to my complete satisfaction. The storage unit was clean, and the hallways were clean and tidy as well. Everything about this location was top notch! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who asks! And ask for Joe, he rocks harder than Whitesnake!

  Today my wife and I went to rent a 5X10 storage facility for 3 months. Although I am not taking the unit for a year, but far less, I was treated with a very attentive lady Margaret Li. She thoroughly explained everything and made my experience renting a unit very enjoyable. I will not hesitate to recommend Public Storage, both Margaret Li and her area boss Jay Goas any time anyone wishes storage. The rate was fantastic. Thank you Margaret and Jay!!

  I highly recommend this facility. I needed some short-term storage and Charles was very helpful in getting me settled. The security was very high tech and the staff was both helpful and efficient.. When I moved out Joe was surprised that I swept and mopped the locker. Two thumbs up.

  From the first call with the property manager (Joe) to visiting the site with Margaret this team has gone above and beyond my expectations of a storage facility. I called around to multiple other storage sites as a potential client and no one treated me as professionally and courteous as Joe did. My request was for a larger space and I was in a bit of a time crunch, Joe moved mountains and made the entire experience wonderful. The site itself is well kept and maintained - you can tell both Margaret and Joe take pride in their jobs. Well done to you both - I wish all my customer service interactions were as pleasant as they were at Public Storage Commercial.
