  I wish all my commercial sub contractors could be as painless and professional as this outfit. I used Prince Sheet Metals to do the roof of one of my buildings. I used another to do a larger one, because they were cheaper. Biggest mistake of my life. PSM is here in PG, and they take serious pride in their work. They were prompt, on time, on budget and above all, professional. I've had 1, count em 1! call back, due to a tiny leak in 10 years, which they handled super quick and painlessly. The other company-who-shall-not-be-named has been horrible, and any money I saved I paid for in stress and waiting on phone calls and lawyers to get things fixed. Sure they might be a tiny bit more expensive, but what you're paying for is pride, supporting the local economy and most importantly, peace of mind, which is a lot more affordable than your healthcare costs due to stress!
