  A Nicer place to buy a car... not so much. Once you get in and sit down and do the paper work and sign all the documents you are left high and dry. Bought a Tacoma this year and had a canopy included in the sale. They will not provide a receipt for that item claiming it’s on the bill of sale. Yes it is, but one is needed for insurance reasons. They refuse to provide me a receipt for an item I payed for. Once they get your money they sure take a big step back and offer very little as far as customer service. If you are going to deal with these people, use caution and get all transactions in writing.

  Like any car dealership, the service here is mediocre complete with lackluster selection of new and used vehicles. When service options have been selected at the front and entered into the computer, the decision to go with a reused or rebuilt part might be entered into the computer, but when bringing in the vehicle to be worked on in the shop, extra diligence must be paid to ensure that the shop hasn't erased those entries stating that a rebuilt part would be preferred, potentially causing a very pricey increase in work that was unnecessary and dishonest.

  I've been a customer of this dealership for over ten years. They've always had excellent service and every experience I've had with them had been great. That's not an easy thing to achieve. Great place!

  Our salesman Maddie was AWESOME. He made it so much fun to purchase a vehicle. No pressure, listened to what we were looking for and our budget and was RESPECTFUL of our budget unlike other dealerships that we visited in the two days of shopping for a vehicle. We purchased the 2017 Highlander XLE. Introduced us to the team at Toyota and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before leaving the dealership. Thank you Maddie. You maybe just a minion but your an awesome one.
