  If I could rate customer service there would be no star. My husband received the rudest service ever. He asked a simple question about pluming part under the kitchen sink. The sales person told him very rudely that they are not plumbers . We took our business to Home Depot and got wonderful service there.

  I always receive quick helpful service. We built our home, and most items were cheaper at Central Builders/Home Hardware.

  Staff are always friendly and will do what they can to help you, even if they don't have what you need.

  Their service has been awesome each and every time I come here. They are always knowledgeable, and friendly, and I never wait too long.
