  I have had the exact same experience as several other patients. The receptionists are rude and unaccommodating and it is near impossible to get an appointment with your physician. I have been told on more than one occasion (even when an urgent medical situation did arise) to just go to a walk-in clinic which defeats the purpose of having a family doctor. The doctor releases her schedule month by month. If you call any time this month to make an appointment for next month they do not have the schedule and they will ask you to call back. And when you call at the start of the month, all appointments are gone. I work and the doctor I have signed up with is at the clinic is on site Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9-5. I had a couple weeks vacation at the end of February so I asked to make an appointment during that time only to be told my Doctor was on vacation and a locum would be in. I asked to make an appointment with the locum filling in and reception said no. I've tried four times to get an appointment with my Dr and been unable to in every case - this is unacceptable.

  The issue with this clinic is mainly the front staff! They make it impossible for you to book an appointment. They never have walk ins available and you cannot book an appointment with your doctor! I asked them to book me any time in the future even if it has to be a month or two and they basically said that they can't! Also one time I called and I needed to see a doctor that week. The receptionist asked me the reason that I want to see a doctor. I was at work and I told her that I am not comfortable sharing that info as I am in the office. She said she can't book an appointment for me unless I tell them the reason! I don't understand what difference it makes! I need to mention that I talked to Anjou (The manager) and she seems to be helpful. I am going to give this clinic one more chance and then start looking for some other doctors/clinics.

  I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews and gave this place a shot -- Dr. Sanghera is the best doctor I've ever had! She's kind, compassionate, warm, knowledgeable and thorough. The receptionists/support staff have never been anything but polite to me.

  Amazing I was calling all days! Yo need wait more than 10 min for somebody answer your call! Finally my familiar doctor it’s not there! All the time the same I need my pills please! Please! De Cody never is in the clinic neverrrrrrr

  We have great experiences here. Dr Reynolds is very warm and great with my kids. We all feel comfortable and have built a great relationship. The front line staff can be disorganized some what but with patience and persistence I've never had any issues. As with anyone at any business if you become loud and rude they are less likely to be helpful. We are often able to get same day or next day appointments. When we go for our scheduled time the most I've waited is 10mins. We've been attending this clinic for 2.5 years.
