  Do not stay here! I lived here for 1 year too long. It is also Grid5 apartments. Check out their reviews too. - You need to allow hot water to run for at least 10 minutes at all times of the day, even after repeated asks off management to fix. - Ventilation is so poor that you can smell what your noisy neighbors are cooking, or smoking (even though smoking is not permitted). - The single pane windows fog up when you finally get hot water and in winter they freeze so they become useless to look out of. I was promised all windows would have been replaced a few months after I moved in. - Elevators are a complete joke. There was one of the three in service for a few days to cater to 28 floors!! - The laundry room stinks and the machines are out of service or do not wash or dry your clothes. They will even take your money and not do anything. - Staff are incompetent and rude. They will enter your apartment, even after you explicitly tell them not to. They shrug off your complaints and requests. - One lady that works there shouted at a new security man (his 1st day) when a homeless man walked in via the rear entrance, even though he had just past by. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for!
