  I went to see Kristine for Energy Healing. The first time I met her I was instantly comfortable, such a nice friendly, positive person. After my first session with her, I felt peaceful and almost like I could see again. Everything was clearer and I was able to stop the negative thinking that had taken over my mind. I realized that I'd been going around with my head in this dark cloud and after Kristine did her energy healing my mind was clear and I was in a totally different place/space. I saw Kristine a few times and after each session I felt so good. I'm really amazed really at how good I feel, I didn't realize how bad I was feeling until she help me. Thank you thank you so much Kristine, I can't express my gratitude enough. I feel like a brand new person and I love it!!

  LOVE this space. I had some benefits to burn through and decided to check this place out. It was close to the office and I heard good things. I walked in and fell in love with the space. Unlike a lot of spas/wellness centres, POM doesn't feel sterile or medicinal. I felt relaxed right away. Had a massage with Andrew and it was AMAZING. The kind where you end up falling asleep. I don't get massages often and have really tense muscles. Andrew showed me some stretches that I could do to increase blood flow and reduce the tension in my shoulders. Definitely will be going back!

  Let me tell you how incredibly amazing Kristine is .. She is positively a powerful woman and so very gifted. She has guided me and strengthen my spirit made life more positive she heals from within .I would recommend her for a cleanse body mind and spirit .. I have also had the greatest massage by Olga. I felt stretched relaxed and rejuvenated.. you can trust Kristine to guide you in what you need to stay on a healthy path .. thank you to Kristine and Olga from Pom health ..
