  Very disappointing experience. I had a suit dry cleaned and the pants came back with rat’s poop squashed on them. I ended up taking the suit elsewhere to be cleaned.

  I have gone there for 20 years but the last time - 3 Cashmere sweater destroyed and a wool sweater destroy - Not Happy - Oh! She thinks the 3 Cashmere sweaters and 1 wool are worth $200.00 . Nope 200.00 will not cover the cost the cost to replace sweaters... where do I take my complains from here . She has cleaned my clothes for the past 20 years and now I am treated like a stranger.

  Had some alterations done on my new peacoat. They did a great job! I'll back for future alterations.

  They even fixed a busted zipper on a jacket without my instructions to do so, and without charging me. These guys are the greatest.

  I was really impressed, when I went to pick up my shirts, they insisted on redoing a couple that had grease spots that would not come out with the first cleaning. I appreciated their taking the time to notice and to insist on getting it right. I was very happy to come back the next day. Even my own cleaner does not do this at home. I travel alot and get my clothes cleaned on the road, so I am always looking for a good Dry Cleaner - especially one that takes American Express!!! Thanks to you Polo!
