  Been here twice this winter the sharpen my skates. Both times they did it as I waited. Good and fast service.

  Great store to buy or sell new and used sports equipment. Handy when my kids outgrow equipment, trade in and replace for much less.

  I was just in there looking to repair my board. They told me that I would have to replace the whole binding.. it's a clip.. They didn't seem at all interested to help me even though I've shopped there many times before but had similar attitudes. You shouldn't be called Play it Again Sports if you dont want to fix the things people use so that they can play their sports again. See what I did there? I was going to buy a new board too but not with how they treated me. Won't go there again. Honestly don't recommend it.

  The one star is for me not dying in the store. There is plenty of honest information on how things are done, like waxing a snow board. I paid $40 to have my "CHEAP BOARD-manager" waxed and sharpened. I left contact information and paid upfront. Two days after drop off, I had to call and inquire, to be told its ready. I go to pick it up, upon my inspection I did find the edges faced by a grinder, but the base was the same! I spoke with the manager, to be told rough use causes damage and full repair would take days of labor. But what did I pay for? A wax, and all the information about a wax, my board should NOT look as it does. And the quality of the board should not determine the amount of effort put in for service. The photos attached are post service. They may have been around for over twenty years, but predatory operations do net currency.

  This place has a great selection with amazing prices, but the staff are what sets it apart. They are AMAZING. Super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Will definitely shop here in the future.
