  Wish we could give zero stars as we were very displeased with our experience through Platinum Limo Service. We booked them for our wedding day chauffeur several weeks in advance. We were very clear in indicating that the afternoon pick up and drop off and evening pick up were outside of Winnipeg. Two days before our wedding my husband was called by Platinum Limo service to clarify drop offs and pick ups. Two hours after that he called my husband again to inform him that our agreed upon destinations would be "too far" and he would have to charge double the initially quoted price. My husband agreed to this, at which point he was told the drive would still be too far and they would not be accommodating such. This left us in a panic as we had two days to find a limo for our wedding on a holiday weekend. VERY disappointed with our experience and DO NOT recommend.

  Ravi and his team are my first choice when I need a car service. The vehicles are well maintained, extremely clean, and odour free. The drivers are always professional, respectful and polite. I know I can rely on Platinum to pick me up on time (most often they arrive early), drive me to my destination safely, and be waiting for me when it is time to return home. I highly recommend Platinum to all my friends and colleagues because each experience with this company has been excellent.

  Ravi, and Platinum Limo service have continuously provided exceptional service over the years. Whether it is a ride to and from the airport, or services of a more personal nature, they have always been there for us.....in every sense of the word! We have, and will continue to highly recommend them to our family and friends. Keep up the good work, Ravi and crew. :)
